Rachel Horter is an artist based out of Nashville,, TN.
Live shows are one of her strengths as she’s played many iconic and popular Nashville venues and events such as The Bluebird Cafe and Whiskey Jam,, travels all over the US and has a weekly set at Blake Shelton’s Ole Red Nashville,, where she was featured as their Artist Of The Month in November 2019. She had the opportunity to tour in Germany and one of her most memorable performances was an opening set for country music legend, Loretta Lynn.
Rachel also had a feature of three songs in Hallmark Channel’s Christmas movie, “Switched for Christmas,” starring Candace Cameron Bure as well as placements in four more Hallmark Christmas movies in 2018.
When she isn’t writing or playing live,, she enjoys recording covers for her YouTube channel, which has garnered her over 6 million views and tens of thousands of subscribers. She covers Beyonce’s “Love On Top” and her versions of "Hard place" by h.e.r. and “10,000 Hours” by Dan+Shay and Justin Bieber,which she recorded with Evan Cline,, were spun on Sirius XM’s Covers Channel.
With her style incorporating all things country,, adding RnB influence mixed with some soul,, Rachel Horter released her debut EP, “Lucky.” Her music has gained hundreds of thousands of streams and has been shared,, downloaded and applauded by many. Her lead single, “How Lucky” was featured on Spotify’s Wild Country Playlist and the song is accompanied by its music video. As she continues to release new songs,, videos and covers, she is always preparing to write or rehearse for her next project or show.
